In a career spanning three decades, he ascended from associate counsel to the highest level of Global Chief Operations Officer at Ernst & Young (EY). Paul has commanded complex international transactions for the global giant and more recently, emerging startups throughout Russia, the Middle East and Europe with unparalleled expertise that encompasses governance, forensics, technology and Human Capital Management. He continues to serve on a number of influential boards.
Dimitrie Mikhaylov

A PhD and MBA, Dmitrie is an associate professor and invited lecturer in 3 leading Universities worldwide. Dmitry is an experienced CTO with more than 15 years of experience. He is also the author of several books and multiple patents as well as over 100 scientific publications.
Robert Kirchner
Chief Development Officer
Experienced Board member and corporate leader with demonstrated success in commercializing new engineering-led technologies. After an early career working internationally in the energy industry, Robb moved on to lead and manage multiple start-ups, raising finance for both new and existing ventures. He has extensive experience working and living in both mature and emerging markets, and has led several companies through M&A & IPOs. Robb has built and led teams sized from 10 to 2500, creating strong corporate cultures and producing significant returns for shareholders. Robb studied at William & Mary and the London School of Economics, and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
William B. Fleming
General Counsel
Mr. Fleming has served as a litigation practitioner in a broad range of disputes, both in-house at the global professional services firm of Ernst & Young and in private law firms. In 2001 he co-founded his current firm, Gage Spencer & Fleming LLP, where he represents clients in complicated, multi-dimensional matters – commercial, regulatory, and/or criminal – requiring reasoned approaches developed to navigate successfully competing challenges and to achieve the designated objective.
Jacob Ostling
IP Attorney
Formerly at Brown Rudnick, Jacob is an IP attorney at Fabricant LLP, where he focuses on IP and litigation for technology clients. After an engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Jacob earned his law degree at Boston University.
